TUJUAN TRAINING PROJECT MANAGEMENT WITH PRIMAVERA P6

Currently,many tools and software that is claimed tohelp a project. One of them is Primavera. This software is considered one of the most optimal solution to assist decision makers and project implementers. The purpose of Primavera P6 training in addition to providing knowledge on the basics of project planning and control, also provide so their skills in using Primavera software to assist the smooth implementation of the project.

MATERI PELATIHAN PROJECT MANAGEMENT WITH PRIMAVERA P6

Introduction to the user interface and how to plan projects without resources
Filters layouts, printing, baselines
Updating an un-resourced project
Creating and assigning roles and resources
Controlling projects with resources and costs
Setting up and administering a database plus advanced features including import/export
Activity Codes, Custom Data Fields and Global Change.
