OSHA 29CFR1910 Subpart S is the new labor law that spells out safe work practices on electrical equipment. As of August 1990, all persons who install, maintain, repair, or just work near electrical power equipment must be trained in the hazards these systems may present. Related electrical safety information not required by OSHA is also presented.
